- The journal welcomes submission of full-length research articles, review articles, and critical analysis articles.
- Manuscripts submitted to this journal must be written in English.
- Papers accepted for publication vary from 5 to 20 pages in two-column format.
- The main text usually can be divided into separated sections, organized by Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion.
- Full name for all authors should be given; The names of multiple authors are separated by a comma; Provide the full affiliation for each author including academic affiliation (or postal address), city, postcode, country, Email(optional); If multiple authors have contributed to the article, details of the corresponding author should be clear. Email address is compulsory for the corresponding author.
- The abstract should be written as a continuous paragraph with 200-250 words and recapitulatively state the background of the research, purpose, methodologies, principal results, major conclusions and its contributions to the field. It should emphasize new or important aspects of the study.
- Include 3–8 keywords or short phrases for indexing.
- Every table must have a unique title placed at the top. Titles should be clear and concise, and they should not be complete sentences.
- Tables in the main body of the text should be numbered and cited consecutively according to their appearance in the text.
- Each figure should have a caption. The caption should be concise and typed separately, not on the figure area; If figures have parts (for example, A and B), make sure all parts are explained in the caption.
- All figures are to be sequentially numbered with Arabic numerals. Figures should always be cited in text in consecutive numerical order.
- The equation number should be placed in parentheses to the right of the equation. E.g. Hn+1(1/n+1, 1/n+1, …, 1/n+1) (1); Do not create equations as pictures. Use MahType or insert symbols as normal text.
- All sources cited in text must appear in the reference list and all items in the reference list must be cited in text.
- All references should be listed numerically in the order they’ve been cited within the paper. At the beginning of each reference, the bracketed number should be included.

- The manuscript (mss) should be typed in 1.5 or double space leaving appropriate margins on both the sides.
- First page of mss should contain only the title of the paper, name(s) of author(s) and name and address of Organization(s) where the work has been carried out along with the affiliation of the authors.
- The text of the manuscript should run into Abstract, Introduction, Materials & Methods, Results, Discussion, Acknowledgement (if any) and References, or other suitable headings in case of reviews and theoretically oriented papers. However, short communication can be submitted in running with Abstract and References only. The references should be in full containing names of all the authors with the title of the paper.
- The figures should preferably be made on a computer with high resolution and should be capable of withstanding a reasonable reduction with the legends provided separately outside the figures. Photographs may be black and white or colour.
- Tables should be typed separately bearing a short title, preferably in vertical form. They should be of a size, which could easily be accommodated in the page of the Journal.
- References in the text should be cited by the authors’ surname and year. In case of more than one reference of the same author in the same year, add suffix a,b,c,…. to the year. For example: (Thomas 1969, Mass 1973a, 1973b, Madony et al. 1990, Abasi & Soni 1991).
- The references cited in the text should be arranged alphabetically by authors’ surname in the following manner: (Note: The titles of the papers should be in running ‘sentence case’, while the titles of the books, reports, theses, journals, etc. should be in ‘title case’ with all words starting with CAPITAL letter.)

Manuscript format: Microsoft word document sent in the .doc or .docx format. Locking and protecting a document is prohibited. A separate title page that includes the title, authors, contact information, affiliations, and date should be provided in order to ensure the anonymity of each paper due to EJER’s double-blind peer-review policy. The main document must not contain any information that would allow the reviewers to identify the author. Finally, make sure to upload a 100-150-word abstract along with the full paper.
Manuscript length: 25-35 pages, including references, tables, figures, and appendix.
Document format: Double-spaced, 1-inch margins, Times New Roman 12-point font. All pages must be numbered.
Text format: Usage of multiple columns or other unnecessary formatting is prohibited. Correct heading levels must be used with a maximum of 3 heading levels.
Reference’s format: All references should be properly cited and correspond with the text citations. Unless imperative to establish the foundation of a paper, references are required to be relevant and ideally limited to a 10-year span. When available, make sure to include the Digital Object Identifiers (DOIs) in the reference list.
