Refunds and Registration Fees Registration fees are non-refundable. However, should you be unable to attend, you may request that your payment be transferred to a future STECONF conference, subject to approval. If you accidentally pay twice, the extra payment will be refunded.

Substituting Attendees Participants who cannot make it may send someone else in their place, free of charge, as long as STECONF is notified at least 30 days before the event and the registration fee has been fully paid.

Banking Costs Participants are responsible for any banking fees incurred during the refund process.

In the Event of Postponement

  • Rescheduling: If the conference is rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, strikes, or other disruptions, your registration will be applied to the new date.
  • Credit Option: Should you be unable to attend the rescheduled event, you will receive a 100% credit of the registration fee, which can be used toward any future STECONF event within one year.
