Frequently Asked Questions
How do I register for the Conference?
You need to first register on the conference website and create your Username and Password. Then enter your account and make the payment via the Registration Tab. Payment of the registration fee can be done online or you can make an international transfer to pay for conference registration.
What is included in the cost of my registration?
The conference fee includes Program, Conference Proceedings, Certificate, First-day coffee/tea breaks and lunch, and the City Tour.
Are meals included with my registration?
The registration includes the first-day coffee/tea breaks and lunch.
Can I cancel my registration?
In case of any cancellation or non-attendance, the registration fees are not refundable.
How can I buy tickets for special events?
If any special events are planned, the Organizer will provide information on the conference website.
Can I purchase tickets when I get to the conference?
We do not currently register and validate onsite payments.
How do I submit a proposal for the conference?
If you wish to attend as a presenter, you can submit your Abstract/Full paper via the “My Articles” tab in your dashboard. The submission will be evaluated by the Conference Scientific Committee.
Can I see what sessions will be presented before I arrive on site?
The detailed Conference Program will be emailed to all registered participants one week before the conference.
Where can I find guidelines and information about Poster Sessions?
Guidelines on Poster presentation are available under the Submission tab of the conference website, “How to Design Your Poster”.
Who can attend the Welcome Reception?
We do not host welcome receptions at the moment.
Does STECONF have hotel rooms available for meeting attendees?
The conference organizer does not have any arrangements with hotels.
What are different methods of presentation?
- Oral presentation: you present your paper orally at the conference venue.
- Poster presentation: you present your paper through a poster you have designed. Poster boards will be provided to display poster presentation materials.
- Virtual presentation: You can present, network and discuss your work at the live-stream virtual session without attending the conference in person.
Can I participate to present my research without publishing the paper?

Are you involved in applying for Visa?
We are not authorized to assist with the visa process. The Organizer only provides the participant with a Letter of Invitation.
When can I receive the invitation letter?
The official Letter of Invitation will be issued and emailed after finalizing your registration and paying the registration fee.
What the extra paper fee is for?
The extra paper fee is for those who wish to submit two or more papers for the same conference. In that case, you will not pay the full registration fee for the extra papers.
Will the papers publish in indexed journals?
Some of the journals are free of charge and some require additional costs.

My paper was published in an international journal, can I submit it to this conference?
We do not accept any paper which, at the time of submission, is under review, is accepted for publication, or has already been published in another conference or journal.
How can I present my paper virtually?
If you wish to attend as a Virtual presenter, you need to first submit your Abstract/Full Paper via your account. It will be evaluated by the Conference Scientific Committee. After receiving the paper Review Result, you need to register and pay the registration fee. For virtual presentation, it is highly recommended to present the paper via PowerPoint slides. You will receive the Webinar invitation link a few days before the conference.
