Elina Amadhila is a senior lecturer and a multi-disciplinary researcher in the Department of Enterprise Development and Management at the University of Namibia. She teaches Business Research Methodology and Organisational Behaviour. Her research focuses on agricultural finance, financial inclusion, youth investments in agriculture, education and access to health care services for vulnerable groups. Elina completed her PhD at the Stellenbosch University Business School in South Africa. Her latest publications focus on Access to land and agricultural incentives for the youth in Namibia, Financial Inclusion and Wellbeing in Namibia and Good teaching.
