Dr. Anupam Khajuria has been a researcher at the United Nations Centre for Regional Development since 2014. She has a Ph.D. in Environmental Engineering from Osaka University and previously held postdoctoral fellow positions in India and Japan. Her research focuses on resource-efficient policies, circular economy strategies, and the 3Rs to support global agendas. She aims to integrate them for better infrastructure planning towards sustainable cities, communities, and a circular society.
Hoang Thien, LE is a PhD student in Sustainable Development and Climate Change (PhD-SDC) at IMT Lucca and IUSS Pavia, Italy. His research is Carbon Performance Management, Low Carbon Society, Environmental Quality Management (Green-Tech, Blue Economy), Environmental Impact and Risk Assessment, and Methods of Risk Analysis.
Mariem Hentati is an engineering degree in energy engineering and environmental technology, in 2022. Currently, she is a PhD student. She obtained a professional-level certification in mechanical design.
Anđelina Bubalo Currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering and Applied Chemistry at the Faculty of Chemical Engineering and Technology, University of Zagreb. She is a Research Assistant at the Faculty of Civil Engineering, Water Research Department, University of Zagreb. Her passion is about contributing to sustainable solutions, I specialize in pollution prevention and waste minimization. My research focuses on the application of "environmentally friendly" engineering principles, utilizing chemical engineering approaches to address pressing environmental challenges.
Meltem Uzuner is a research assistant in the Department of Industrial Engineering at Başkent University. She received her BS degree in Industrial Engineering in 2020 and her MS degree in Industrial Engineering in 2023 from Başkent University. Currently, she is pursuing a PhD degree at here. Her research areas include logistics and supply chains, operations research, simulation and decision analysis.
Štefan Krištofič, currently a PhD student at the Faculty of Civil Engineering and my research focuses on the Sustainability of Electricity Sources on Construction Sites.
Ataklti Kahsay Wolday, a distinguished Chemical Engineering Ph.D. student, excels in innovative research on modeling, simulation, and multi-objective optimization for sustainable energy production fuels. Ataklti is dedicated to pioneering progressive research in the field.
Özlem SAYILIR received Business Administration Bachelor’s degree from Bosporus University in 1996, had work experience for 7 years and started her academic career at Anadolu University, Turkey in 2005. She completed her PhD studies in the Finance Program and she has been working as an Associate Professor since 2020. Her fields of interest include behavioral finance and sustainable finance.
